You are truely ambassadors of orignal Irish music through out the world. Your music is such a mood elevator-it always makes me happy. Keep up your great works. I look forward to seeing you in Redwood City Saturday January 28th. Gratefully, Mary E. Ryan

My husband, my daughter, and I saw you in concert in Waco, Texas last Friday night at the Hippodrome. You were awesome! We've loved your music for many years and one of our favorites is a Christmas CD that has become a family tradition. We play it every Christmas morning and when my daughter leaves home, I've promised it to her to start that tradition with her family. Thanks for many hours of beautiful music!

Hi, how do we go about getting mechanical licensing to make a recording of your song "Changing Your Demeanour"? Was it written by The Chieftains? I checked the Harry Fox website but the song did not come up on their list. Thanks!

I had the grandest pleasure, last evening at the Grand Old Opera House on the Strand in Galveston, of listening to your music. My roots are in Northern Scotland and Indian Brook, Cape Breton, Nova Scotia. Thank you so very much. I finally felt at home in Texas after 25 years. Wonderful!

Thank you for giving me a beautiful way to share my children’s heritage with them! You would be welcome here in Alaska, anytime! Heritage is very important and should be shared with everyone. The Alaskan Natives are very good about that, and they have a deep love for there traditional dance and music. After all, music in all it’s forms has developed from our forefathers and music is deeply rooted in every culture. Thank you all and god bless! -Richard

Thank you so much for coming to Waco, TX, a stop most entertainers will not make, they hit Austin and Dallas and Houston and pass us by. The evening was wonderful and I was able to introduce you to my husband who loved the show. We were amused to see how much dirt you raised out of the eighty year old stage at the Hippodrome and was concerned that at some point the dancers might drop through to the basement. Thanks again, PLEASE come back!

I am a fan since the sixties and happily I was able to attend about three concerts of the Chieftains. I can imagine that the Irish-Americans want to see and hear the Chieftains, but now it seems to me that we're on turn in the Netherlands. I travelled to Ireland and have seen and heard beautiful uilleann pipes, but I'd like to show a concert of the Chieftains to my wife. In what way can i promote a concert in the Netherlands of Belgium?

I had the honor of meeting Paddy in person, on a Continental Airlines flight (I'm a flight attendant) It was the first time I've ever asked for anyone's autograph. Thank you Paddy, for the autograph and the conversation. I lived in Ireland in the early 90's, in Oranmore, and loved our Irish experience. I get back as often as I can, and I look forward to every visit!

It was either "The house of blues"
or PBS where I discovered The Chieftains and it must have been
around 1994 or 1995.They introduced
me to traditional music! And I thank them for this!

I absolutely adore The Chieftains and their music. I've always been a fan of Celtic and The Chieftains are no exception. I play the flute as a hobby, so I understand and really admire and appretiate the dexterity. Good luck to all of you.
